Comprehensive project plan

Safety report and risk assessment - based on our own survey we will be able to establish weak and sensitive spots that are a potential risk to the client.

Safety review and project - detailed report of safety measures including the estimation of costs
Project documentation - most detailed and client-tailored analysis which aims to combine all the factors that are important to the client. The most typical types of documentation that we provide are:

• DSP - planning permission documentation
• DZS (also DVZ) - tendering-procedure input
• DPS - documentation for construction implementation - this is a universal documentation that applies to all, no matter who wins the tender. It is utilised in detail which provides a blueprint to issue a complex list of construction works, deliveries and a bill-of-quantities service in accordance with Annex number 13 of Decree 499/2006Sb. The project for construction implementation is an input for the construction implementation contractor and must be carried out by an authorised contractor - an architect or engineer (usually the person who drew up DSP).
• SPS (SKP) - documentation of actual construction implementation - report on final condition of the construction works - this is described in detail in Decree 499/2006Sb.
